Of late there is quite a huge demand for Engineers in the field of aerospace and defense. The job is quite interesting and includes many aspects of aerospace construction, development as well their uses in the line of country’s defense. And the most unique part of this is that the scientists and engineers in constant search for new inventions relating the Aerospace and Defense might be pursuing their work in a desert terrain, or the snowy polar spreads or even be assisting the astronauts on their space travel.

It is not engineers and scientists alone who are involved in the field of aerospace and defense. There are many others like the contractors carrying out faithfully the designs prepared by scientists and engineers, officials, defense personnel, and even to some extent politicians. The only criteria are that they should have required qualification and security clearance.

The world today is not the one that was in existence some fifty years ago. Even the gadgets and machineries used during the great Second World War looks child’s toy compared to the inventions made later. But all the same the role of good communication system continues to be vital for aerospace and defense. Most of the aerospace vehicles like a spy-plane or supersonic jet and even a satellite are not manned like the old day fliers. They are remotely controlled and even the repairs are made sitting in the laboratories using remote controls. But aerospace and defense will suffer severe set back if the communication fails and in the past there have been such incidents when the communication, not human, but machine to machine have failed resulting in destruction of the vehicle and shelving of the project.

Many leading industries are in the field of Aerospace and defense. The most prominent among them are Toshiba, Dassault, Hamilton, Fuji, Gulfstream, Pacific Mutual, Kawasaki and GE. In this case also the company products and their specifications are regulated under specific defense laws and regulations. These companies manufacture almost everything from remote censor to aircraft engines those are used for defense purposes. The most important tools however are voice recognizers and scanners which are extremely important for surveillance purposes.
Conclusion
Aerospace and defense are related to the very existence of a country and it is a joint venture. Scientists, engineers, contractors, companies, designers, officials and lawyers are all involved in the process of making the best of the products for the use by the Country and are always in pursuit for something better because no one can afford to be careless in their attitude having a responsibility separately as a citizen of the country.
